Susan Wilson is a Licensed Professional, Board Certified Music Therapist who holds a Bachelor of Science in Music Therapy from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire. Her work is guided by a longstanding interest in neuroplasticity—the brain’s capacity to adapt, learn, and form new connections. Drawing on her background in music therapy, she takes a holistic, strengths-based approach that emphasizes opportunities to build cognitive skills, support emotional regulation, and foster meaningful connection.

Susan has supported individuals in a variety of settings, including through her coaching role at The Bridge: Center for Development and Enrichment. Her sessions are collaborative and individualized, reflecting each person’s strengths, needs, and goals. Guided by her belief that “if you change nothing, nothing changes,” Susan encourages individuals to explore new approaches and take meaningful steps toward their goals while honoring their own pace. She is passionate about helping people move beyond perceived limitations and discover new possibilities for learning, connection, and personal growth.
